Hours: 9-5 GMT
Location: Scotland (Edinburgh / Glasgow), remote with occasional in-person sessions
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

Our technology platform “hyble” empowers sales reps in the beverage industry to create on-demand marketing materials that are both brand-compliant and tailored for the specific account. Combined with our enterprise services which enable the change management process and our cloud printing model that enables rapid turnaround print we have a game-changing solution that the market is screaming out for.
This innovative approach makes sales reps lives easier by allowing them to support more accounts in less time while also drastically reducing the production of generic marketing content that often ends up in landfill.

Job requirements
About the role:
Due to internal expansion within the business, an Artworker vacancy has become available within our Design & Content department.
Working alongside colleagues, you will be part of a tight-knit team tasked with reformatting both branded and in-house designs to our suite of Menu, PoS, Digital & Off-Prem products. This role is an exciting opportunity to work on marketing materials for some of the world’s leading Alc Bev brands. For this reason, we are seeking an individual who is organised, adept and considers attention to detail to be a key tenet in their design ethos.
What you’ll do:
Deconstruct branded design collateral into editable assets for ease of use.
Adapt existing artwork across a wide range of print and digital formats for multiple markets.
Proof artwork, gather client feedback, and implement revisions accurately.
Export high-quality, print-ready artwork for upload to our self-serve design platform.
Track and manage time efficiently by prioritising tasks based on complexity and deadlines.
Maintain organised content libraries and archives.
Liaise with colleagues throughout the business to communicate task updates, request clarity on requirements and hand over designs for the next stage of production.
Assist in other areas of the business when required, including working to briefs and creating original artwork with our in-house Custom Design Team.
Ad-hoc design support dependant on business requirements
What you’ll bring:
Previous experience (or educational equivalent) working to print specifications.
Strong understanding of design principles (essential)
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello).
A proactive, problem-solving approach and openness to process improvement.
Strong communication and teamwork skills across departments.
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
A keen eye for brand consistency and quality.
Previous experience working within compliance driven environment (preferred)
A ‘Right First Time’ mindset, balanced with a willingness to learn from mistakes.
Interest/Experience working within BevAlc (preferred)
Experience of Menu Psychology (preferred)
Please note that although opportunities are abundant within hyble to assist on projects with our Custom and Design teams, the day-to-day duties of this role are not creatively led.
